he RINSE project is pleased to announce the opening of registration for a Best Practice workshop entitled 'Managing Invasive Mammals and Birds'. The workshop will be hosted by RINSE project partners RATO and INBO and will be held on 3 and 4 July 2013 in Gent, Flanders.
This Workshop aims to review some success stories in eradication and provide guidance on best practices to project partners, wildlife managers and stakeholders. The first day will be devoted to presentations of case studies on successful control and eradication of invasive mammals and birds in Western Europe. The second day will focus on management in the field, covering all aspects of the management cycle for invasive geese. For further details including programme click here
